Hello, I'm Trixie! I'm sweet, petite, and pretty neat! I am a two-year-old Tortie girl and I love to play! I love my cat friends! And I'm a Napper Extraordinaire! I find great napping spots here at Desert Haven. Sometimes I like to snooze in the big basket in the picture window. Other times you'll find me in the tippy top perch of a cat tower. I am a girl who knows how to take advantage of a lazy afternoon, that's for sure!

When my family is around and free to play with me, giddy up! I really enjoy play with wands. I like you to swish it around and I'll catch it. I'll flop over on my side and lazily catch the toy with my paws. Play time with my family is the best! I also am great at self-play. Throw out some cat toys around the floor and I'll have a ball batting them around all on my own too. I am a great mix of playfulness, sweetness, and have a knack for independence too. When we're done playing and you put the wand down, I'm likely to roll over on my back so you can give me some sweet petsies on my tummy. I think that is a nice way to end a play session!

I live at Desert Haven while I'm waiting to find this family I mentioned. I'm not sure where they live, or when they are going to find me, or even who is going to be in my family! Joining my family is the hope I keep alive in my mind that visits me in my dreams. I dream of love, togetherness, warmth, patience. I dream of the day we meet and hope I am so brave that I walk right up to introduce myself. I've had a few disappointments in my life so sometimes I need a few minutes to size up your kindness. When I realize you're full of love just like me, then I'm all in! Cat friends are lovely so I can make a great addition to your cat family as long as your resident cats want a nice kitty-friend like me to join the family.
