Meet Trinket
Here's Trinket!
Several months ago an independent rescuer asked for our help with 3 cattens who were living life outside. One had an abcess above her eye that needed medical attention. We took them in right away and saw how sweet all 3 cattens had the ability to be (with a little time and patience).
Trinket had a hard start with us due to the access above her eye. It needed some painful intervention and up keep until it healed which did have her a little scared of us at first. Once she healed, this girl blossomed into a big sweetheart! She can be a little shy at first, but once she is comfortable, she absolutely loves love and can't get enough of it! Being picked up is scary, but it's something we're working on and believe with a patient family it's something she could become used to. Trinket is notorious for having big green eyes always staring off as if she's having an existential crisis (aren't we all?!) She will do little rolls on her back similar to her brother, Knick Knack, begging for your attention. Trinket loves to play, nap in comfy places, and watch out the window from the cat tree. She will rub against her fellow foster siblings, showing how much she loves their company. Trinket would do best in a home with another cat, but with proper intros, or even one of her foster siblings - Knick Knack, Tchotchke, Squid, Doodad, Rocket Man, Ziggy Stardust, or Opal. We think over zealous dogs may be too much for her, but perhaps a calm dog and slow intros would be ok! We think older kids would be best for her, since she can be a little shy and does hide when loud, unknown scary noises can frighten her.
Trinket is approximately a year old, spayed, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated. If this pretty little sweetheart sounds like a match for you, apply for her today!
