Tootsie was found in a hoarder house. She is very affectionate but a bit shell shocked. She was one of the few that survived. Tootsie needs a quiet, loving home. She gets along with other cats but would be fine alone. She's so, so sweet, but needs time and love. She'll make a lucky person an AMAZING forever friend.
