Meet TOM TOM - in & out cat

Tom-Tom was dumped at my home a few years back and basically has a warm place to stay in the garage. During the winter we have heated water bowls, heated trays in houses for them and a heat light. He basically is on our deck all the time and would love to come in the house, but with the foster cats that I have, I can't do that. I feel bad that he sits out there day and night looking in my windows. When my little dogs go out to potty, it's a game to chase him back to the garage. He's not a cat to pick up, but he loves to be petted. He is a solid big boy and was thinking that if somebody had a place that he could go in and out, he would probably love that.
