MEET Toffee<br/>Toffee will steal your heart the minute you meet this tiny but mighty boy. He defied the odds and survived a bad illness, however he was left with CH or Cerebral Hyperplasia. This is better known as Wobbly Kitten syndrome. <br/>The only thing bigger than this boy's determination is his loud purr motor. He adores being with his humans and he loves engaging in play with his foster siblings. If you want a kitty that can travel the world with you in a backpack, he is your guy! His favorite spot is a nice warm soft blanket on the bed or snuggling with you. He needs a low entry litter box but he has not let his disability deter him in any way.
