Hey there. My name is Toby!
I’m currently living in one of the shelter’s free-roaming cat rooms and I enjoy the company of other kitties.
I’m outgoing, I enjoy being pet and snuggling, but, very much on my terms when I’m in the mood. I really enjoy laying in someone’s lap, if they’ll let me, and getting lots of pets.
However, sometimes I don’t want to end the snuggles and may growl to tell you that I want more attention! I’m an affectionate boy, looking for someone who is cat-savvy to accept me for who I am.
I have never lived with dogs, so we don't know how I would do in a home with them.
I have been stressed in the shelter and although I like attention, I prefer to receive it on my own terms. I need a forever family that understands my boundaries. My previous owner said that I loved to play with string toys and I even slept in their bed at night. If you gave me a chance, I would be a great addition to your family. I hope we meet soon!
