Meet BB (Black Bean)
Black Bean is a very lucky kitten. He was rescued from the outdoors by a kind cat-loving couple and now he is ready to be adopted. He is very friendly to humans and is doing very well with the resident cats and dog. Due to his outdoor past, we would prefer a quiet home owner that will be able to ensure he stays inside. Lots of kids running around would not be the home for this little guy.
In the words of his rescuers: "B.B.: Black Bean, the Supercat
Black Bean is a 10-12 month- old ( as of Aug 1/18) neutered boy who has had his anti-rabies vaccination and is clear of all parasites and tested negative for FIV and FLV. He is a spirited young cat who would get along with another playful cat. And he is playful with our dog and enjoys games and soft cuddles when he wants. He is a rescue from the MN Animal Humane Society's Return-to-Field Community Cat program. They cut some of his left ear off for identification as being such a cast-out cat deemed "unadoptable" with no shelter or any volunteers feeding him. He is a highly adoptable beauty, like a black panther with long legs and tail and had been seen by a neighbor with a field mouse that was screaming in his jaws. But he should not have been rejected as unadoptable and released to fend for himself. B.B. is adapting very well living with us and our dog and our less and less displaced and much older rescued cat Pinto Bean who was initially rejecting of B. B. but now plays with him and licks his face. B.B.'s twitter-purr greeting, meow for food and yowl for company are engaging. He will outlive us and we cannot keep him so we must find him a forever home for someone who really knows cats and loves each one for whom they are."
BB is neutered, up to date with his vet care, comes with vet records and an adoption agreement that states he is to remain an indoor only cat and never to be declawed.
