Timothy is estimated to be about 8 months old. He has a beautiful bullseye pattern on his tabby coat.

Play all day is Timothy’s motto! He’s looking for a home filled with lots of toys and a furry companion to be his best friend.

Timothy is the definition of new beginnings. Despite a less than ideal start in life, Timothy is now flourishing!

As a baby he was abandoned outside. He found his way to a feral colony where he could get food to survive. He spent the cold nights sleeping under the hood of a truck. This was no place for sweet little Timothy, so we were happy to bring him inside to safety!

During his time outside, Timothy sustained some sort of trauma to his eye. His vision is not negatively affected and his eye requires no further treatment. He will just live the rest of his life with a scar to give him some extra character!

While outside, Timothy also broke his leg in 3 places. (We weren’t kidding about him having a rough time outside!) He was required to be on crate rest for 5 weeks to limit his mobility and encourage his leg to heal. It worked, and Timothy’s leg is like-new! Watching him run around and jump you’d never know it was ever broken.

Even while he was confined to a crate Timothy had the BEST attitude. He would chirp and talk to people as they walked by. His trick was to roll over and over when he saw someone to get attention and pets. He had a track with balls that he would love to pull out and throw out of his crate for people to retrieve for him. Timothy is so happy-go-lucky with a heart of pure gold.

Now that he is safe inside all Timothy wants to do is play play play and play. We think he is making up for lost time with seemingly endless kitten energy! He’s never met a toy he doesn’t love. From crinkly balls to track toys, to catnip bananas - this guy goes for them all! He also loves chasing and wrestling with other kittens.

Timothy is super sweet, but still a little shy about being held. He is still learning to trust. He doesn’t hide, and is confident and hangs out in the same room as you, but he hasn’t quite figured out that human laps are the best thing ever. Timothy is not aggressive, just cautious. He needs an adopter that will use play to build up his trust and be patient while teaching him that human cuddles are great!

Timothy is in a foster home with other cats and 2 dogs. We believe he would do well in a home with children - especially those that want to wave toys for him to play with!

He is fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and flea-free. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He has great litter box habits.
