"Perhaps one reason we are fascinated by cats is because such a small animal can contain so much independence, dignity, and freedom of spirit." This reminds us of our dear Tyke! He is four years old. Tike is a big, handsome boy with a personality as large as his frame. His foster calls him a “chatty Cathy” because he isn’t shy about striking up a conversation with his people. Tike enjoys seeking out affection on his own terms — he loves being petted and spending time near you, but prefers not to be picked up. Once he feels comfortable, he’s a devoted and entertaining companion. Tike gets along well with other cats but is nervous around dogs, so a dog-free home would be best.
