It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.

TIGGER and his four siblings (Juno, Aang, Parker, Elmo) were rescued 30 minutes before they were scheduled to be euthanized. At just three weeks old, these babies were sent off to live with their foster parent and were unable to yet eat, defecate, or urinate without help from the foster parent. There were moments when it was uncertain whether all of these bottle babies would pull through but with luck and love, they all thankfully survived and continued to grow healthily and happily. Now that these babies have overcome their first hurdle, it’s time to conquer their second challenge: adoption.


TIGGER is the runt of the litter, and although she has certainly grown since first being rescued at three weeks old, she will forever be a baby in many aspects. She is still the smallest out of her siblings, but what she lacks in size, she makes up for in her affection and sweet nature. TIGGER loves to come up to people for pets, and will often climb on your chest to sleep and cuddle with you. If you happen to be preoccupied when she requests attention and pets, she will patiently wait next to you until she can receive and give love.

TIGGER is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / ABYSSINIAN - TABBY MIX. She is about 3 months old. She is good with cats and non-reactive to with dogs. She has never been around children.


TIGGER is currently at foster home in Corona, California.


OCTOBER 2022: With all the needed social distancing, we are still doing adoptions. VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.


Volunteers are usually at Petsmart between 9 - 10 am to 12 pm - 1 pm. Please note that it is totally up to the volunteers if they are comfortable with allowing you in the cattery. (COVID).

Steps 1-5 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS.


ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
7. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

Meet and greets will take place at the Petsmart location where the cat/kitten is currently located at.


The cats/kittens at a foster/rescue home, we will do meet and greets at any of the 3 Petsmart locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, once the adoption has been finalized. So gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.


Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.


We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out be patient.

FVRCP shots
FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative)
Drontal Dewormer
Stronghold Flea Control
Microchip


We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
