Meet Tabitha, a sweet and shy 5-year-old cat looking for a patient and loving forever home. Though she may take a little time to warm up, once she does, her gentle and affectionate nature shines through. Tabitha enjoys quiet spaces and gentle pets, making her a perfect companion for someone who understands and appreciates a calm, tender-hearted friend. If you're ready to open your heart and give Tabitha the time she needs to blossom, come meet her at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center. She's waiting patiently for the right person to share her love with! For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
