This lovely pair needs each other, but they are an unusual mish-mash. Sweet Lady is a loving perfect lady & stunning black Coal is terribly afraid, but also very gentle. They came out of a terrible situation. Sweet Lady is afraid to be picked up, but loves to be touched. She will snuggle next to you any time you are willing. Coal needs to huddle next to Sweet Lady to feel safe to be petted and needs time to understand he won't be hurt. They behave wonderfully in a home, with perfect manners, and seeing them groom and love each other is heartwarming. Coal will happily show you he can chase a laser light! He is still really a kitten. Coal will seek to make friends with any cat he sees, but is submissive. Sweet Lady will make friends quietly. Honestly they would love to meet new kitty friends.

Elegant and loving describes Sweet Lady! She has zero tortoiseshell attitude, but will give you a slow calming blink. She is shy at first, but warms up wonderfully and adores human touch and laying next to her people. Coal has the softest silky black shiny fur. He is a stunning boy! When he is cuddling with Sweet Lady and you pet her and then him he looks at you hoping you will be his friend. It’s such a sad hopeful look. He will take time, he may never be a friendly cat in the traditional sense, but watching him come to love and trust will also bring joy to the whole family.

Coal's need to have Sweet Lady tell him the people in his life now will only be kind to him.
