Suzy is a 3-year-old, long-haired tortoise cuddlebug looking for her forever home!

Suzy loves to be right next to her human, she's very keen to curl up right at her foster's side while her foster mom is working. She loves to roll around next to her foster mom and loves getting brushed--which is great for maintaining her long hair! She's still getting used to getting her belly rubbed and brushed, but she is very motivated by her treats!

When she reaches her affection limit, Suzy does like to go to another room for some alone time. However, she does not understand the human need for alone time so she is very persistent when she's ready for affection! She's very gentle but does play bite when stimulated.

Suzy loves sitting in the window watching the neighborhood and squirrels, she does get a bit scared by thunderstorms. If she could choose her perfect day, it would be cuddled right next to her person getting back scratches and kisses all day.

Suzy likes to start her day in the window. For playtime, she likes her catnip toys and, even though her front two paws are declawed, she likes to use the scratching post.

Suzy is currently in a bedroom/bathroom in a small apartment, she is content to sit in the window feeling the breeze and watching the animals outside.

Suzy is looking for a home full of cuddles and patience. She is ready to be a lifelong companion for a cat lover who is ready for big furry cuddles.

Suzy will need the booster for her dewormer administered--no special training, just a syringe dose that can be administered orally.

Her hair mats easily, so it needs to be brushed often and groomed/trimmed regularly. Suzy is on a diet. She's currently about 13.5 lbs, but the vet would like her to lose a few pounds so she's on a dry food diet. Suzy is curious about cats and dogs, but keeps her distance.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.

Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
