Sundance Domestic Short Hair Moorhead, MN

Sundance is a black and white, domestic short-haired, neutered male senior cat. He and his brother "Solstice" were born in a Fargo area pound on the summer solstice in June 2012. Solstice and Sundance went to a foster home with their mom Summer at 5 days old. Solstice and Summer have since been adopted. Sundance has a long, lean body and an extremely long tail. Sundance has become a more confident cat but he is still wary of strangers. Sundance does have some bullying tendencies towards timid, submissive females, but he is very bonded to foster mates Bart (aka Hershey) and Misty. Sundance is an athletic cat who enjoys chasing the red laser light dot and doing acrobatic flips to catch the Da Bird wand toy. Sundance is more of a "leaner" than a lap cat, as he likes to lean against your leg if you are sitting up in bed or lounging on the couch. He can be fairly vocal when he wants his food, especially canned wet food.

Sundance is not a cat for a first time cat owner as he will need a patient adopter who does not expect him to be a lap cat and is willing to accept Sundance's interactions with them on his terms and time table. He has not been around young children.

Neutered; current on vaccinations; microchipped; litter box trained; and negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus.
