Summer and May share more than just a family bond—they share a deep love for each other that's truly touching. Summer is the devoted mom, and May is her sweet, shy daughter. They recently arrived at the shelter and are still adjusting, but their connection is already melting hearts.
On their first night here, May was so determined to be close to her mom that she found a way to escape her enclosure just to be with her. Since then, we’ve kept them together—and they’ve been so much more at ease. May, who was initially very scared and withdrawn, is already starting to come out of her shell. She no longer hides when staff come in, and we’re seeing glimmers of her gentle personality emerge.

Both Summer and May are beautiful, sweet-natured cats who are slowly learning that they’re safe and cared for. While they would thrive in a home together, we believe they could also do well separately in the right loving, patient environment.
