Sukie is a glamously long haired black cat. While she looks like a beauty queen, Sukie has a down to earth personality. She's a friendly gal who seems to get along with other cats. Sukie also is great with polite kids. She's a wonderful companion.

She is eager to find her forever home.

Sukie came to Homeward Trails from a rural shelter.

Breed: DLH, black
Age: 2 1/2 yrs
Declawed: no

The adoption fee for this cat is $170, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchipping. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered.

We are proud to partner with the following veterinarians who offer a free first exam for your animal, exclusively for HT adopters: Caring Hands Animal Hospital, Palisades Veterinary Clinic, Jermantown Animal Hospital, and Clarendon Animal Care and all VCA Animal Hospitals. Additionally, any VCA hospital will cover illnesses up to $250 at no cost to any Homeward Trails adopter. Just ask us how this works!

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high risk shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering by visiting http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/dog-and-cat-foster-program/
