Stormy was originally part of a trap-neuter-return program in Idaho Falls before she ended up in the shelter. She is a shy cat that will need a home that can provide her with some additional socialization and lots of love. We know she will come around but is looking for a quiet home that has lots of grace and understanding that she will take some time to come out of her shell! She has been around other cats and kids so far.

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our cats as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the cats are healthy.

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.

-You have a two week trial period after adopting your cat to make sure it is a good fit with your home and other animals.
-We welcome out-of-area adopters, but please be aware we do require prospective adopters to come to our facility and meet the animal in person. Before you make the trip we encourage you to fill out an adoption application and submit it, to be sure you will qualify to adopt. Adoption applications can be filled out on our website. We cannot "hold" any animal. We have a "first qualified adopter can adopt" policy.
-We will not ship animals.
