What is Pause4Change’s adoption process?

We first do an online application through our website, then if we think the application aligns with our mission we do a phone screening, from here if they still seem like a good fit we do an initial meet and greet with the foster home, if that goes well the animal then goes for a home visit for the day where the foster home gets to go see the house and make sure there are no concerns. From there the adoption will proceed. If the dog / cat is not spayed yet they will go into foster to adopt until the surgery is performed.
