Meet Stirling
Young Stirling, who is probably about a year-and-a-half old, appeared one day in a feral colony where she must have been dumped. She is a petite kitty; after several months in foster, she has been fattened up to all of 6.5 or 7 pounds. She is cautious but likes to be petted and brushed, and she really likes to lie in her hammock. Stirling enjoys the company of the resident cats in her foster home and rubs against them for their attention. She did not play very much until an older foster kitten befriended her and encouraged her to wrestle and play with him. She now pokes at him to encourage wrestling matches. She is also very curious about the resident bird, who comes close to her because he knows he is safe in his cage. She will probably be happiest in a relatively quiet home, one with adults only or older children. Another friendly cat in the home would be a bonus. If you'd like to meet Stirling or think she would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
