Stella Domestic Short Hair Mokena, IL

Meet Stella! This young sweetheart came to our rescue all the way from Kansas where she was at risk of euthanasia in a high kill shelter. When she first arrived, she was very uncomfortable - she had a condition where he eyelashes were growing towards her eyes, causing constant irritation and pain. It was thought she would need reconstructive eyelid surgery to correct the condition. However, instead of surgery, the vet was able to perform a procedure that froze the follicles of her eyelashes so she can no longer grow them. Stella finally feels better!

Despite her early discomfort, Stella has been nothing but a sweet, affectionate and loving girl from the moment she arrived. She is super friendly and social. Give her some pets, and she will start making biscuits to show her appreciation for the love. She is a beautiful girl with stunning markings. Stella has so much love to share and is going to be an amazing addition to a home.
