Meet Spot

See Spot run. Jump, Spot, jump! See Spot orange cat roll off of a counter. Oh, Spot!

We have a massive soft spot for Spot, and the reasons why aren't hard to, uh...spot. The quintessential ginger balance of derp and twerp, Spot isn't afraid to share his opinions with anyone in hear shot while also trying his best to be smooth about crawling into your lap (hint; if his cuddle game was peanut butter he would be chunky). We cannot confirm or deny if those opinions were the cause of his tussle while he was outside, so despite being found a little worse for wear towards the end of February -- he had a few open wounds to his tail and back -- Spot has done nothing but charm his way through the city shelter on his was to our adoption center. Due to his injuries he shouldn't be around other animals for the next couple of months, just to be sure he didn't take home more than his superficial scars. We also don't know more about his history and why he was even outside in the first place, but he clearly knows his way about gaslighting humans into giving him more treats and cheek scritches, so he was professionally trained by someone. So, if you've been missing a little controlled chaos from a cute cuddle machine, Spot is probably that guy!
