7/5/21 - Spirit was returned, no fault of her own. Within a week of returning she is accepting pets from all our volunteers and ready for a loving, caring family that has some patience for her to open up when she is ready :) . The possibilities are endless and your heart will explode with happiness once this lovebug accepts you as her forever family.


Meet Splendid Spirit.
Spirit is a shy but lovely grey tabby who is learning to trust again.
Sadly, Spirit’s former family moved and did not take her with them.
She has been adjusting at our shelter and learning to trust again. Spirit will need an experienced and patient owner who will give her the time she needs to adjust. A separate room with her food, water, litter box and toys to start will give her a safe space to help her get comfortable with her new surroundings and family. She loves her food and that will be a great way to connect with her. She is an observer who loves taking things in and sharing space with her people while accepting occasional pets. She is more of an independent miss and not a lap cat at this time. What Spirit needs is a family who will love and accept her as she is and show her that she has a family she can count on so she can be herself and the cat she was meant to be. She is 3 years old, FIV negative, spayed and up to date on vaccines.
Spirit is being fostered in Holbrook MA.
