Spice Domestic Short Hair Mix Massillon, OH

Spice came to the rescue with her sister Sugar as a completely unsocialized, spicy kitten when she was 6 weeks old. She is estimated to be 9-10 months old now. She is still a shy cat, but she loves other cats. She especially likes Coral, an adult female cat in her foster home. She can frequently be found snuggling with Coral in the cat tree. She also loves chasing her friend Houdini around the house.

She has had no exposure to children. She co-exists with the small dog in her foster home but prefers to avoid him.. Spice is looking for a quieter home with a friendly feline or two and no small children who may scare her. An experienced cat person who will have the patience and knowledge to gain her trust would be ideal. Her buddy Coral is also looking for her forever homes. In a perfect world, Spice would be adopted with Coral.

Spice is shy but also very gentle. She doesn’t scratch or bite when she is nervous. Her favorite things are lounging.in a cat tree, eating a Churu treat, and playing with one of her best felines friends.

Spice was recently adopted but returned within 48 hours because she was hiding and not eating and drinking enough. Spice will not acclimate to a new home overnight. She will need time and patience. It would be perfect if her pal Coral could be part of her forever family, and it would help her to adapt to her new home more quickly.
