Meet Sophia

Poor Sophia! She was surrendered to Oasis as a very sick animal with dental infections so severe her entire head was infected. She was becoming septic. She required an emergency surgery to remove many of her bad teeth, and then required a second surgery to remove all of the remaining teeth due to stomatitis. Sophia also had an eye injury which makes her right eye a little watery, but it doesn't bother her and the vet thinks she has almost full vision in that eye. We are unsure as to her age but she plays like a kitten! She loves to be held and petted and is an unbelievably happy animal, given all she has been through. She likes to play with Buster (adult male cat) and gets along with small dogs, but does not care for kittens. She is now very healthy, spayed and ready to move on to her next adventure with a new loving family.
