Meet Sonic (& Gabriella)

Sonic may look rough around the edges with his clipped ear and his cute little snaggle tooth but he is a big sweetheart. He is a real ladies man. He adores Gabriella. He comforts her when she is scared by snuggling close to her. At meal time, he waits patiently by her while she eats first.

He is also very affectionate towards the other female cat in his foster home. When a female is around, he flips his fluffy his tail around and starts purring so loud. He loves the attention. He loves pets, likes to be brushed, and loves all the treats.

Gabby is very shy and it takes her a bit longer to warm up. Even though she is shy, she loves to be snuggled and wrapped like a kitty burrito. She loves soft blankets and is the best nap buddy. You can also win her over with wet food or her favorite food, grilled chicken.

Both are very tolerant to older children after they have warmed up to them. They are not bothered by loud noises and kids make really good blanket forts. Sonic and Gabriella love a good blanket fort to hide in. They enjoy hanging out on their cat tree watching out the window. They also enjoy lounging on the couch with their foster family watching movies.

They have probably spent most of their lives outside so being inside is very new to them but they are very much enjoying being inside cats. They haven't really figured out kitty toys yet but they are definitely interested. Things they find more interesting are ceiling fans, the cat water fountain, and the tv.

They do have a small dog and a large dog in their foster home. I think they would prefer a home without dogs. They avoid the dogs at all cost. Sonic will growl and hiss when he sees the dogs. His foster dogs are older and know when to give space. An energetic dog might not be the best fit for these two cats.
