Meet Socks

Meet Socks, a sweet seven-month-old tabby who came to Connecticut from South Carolina after being found as a stray. She has a gorgeous striped coat and stunning green eyes! She has been with us for several months now and continues to get overlooked. Will you give her a chance?

While Socks is shy and skittish at first, once she gets to know you, she'll snuggle up next to you for cuddles and head rubs. She absolutely cannot get enough of pets and will drool with delight! Sunbathing is also one of her favorite pastimes. Socks is in a foster home with other kitties and does well with them – another cat would likely help build up her confidence in a new home. She will require an adopter that understands decompression time and will be patient. A home with young children is not recommended.
