Snuggles Domestic Short Hair Belvidere, NJ

Snuggles (once known as Wittle because she was so little) gave birth to kittens when she was approximately 8 months old. She would come and go from what we believe to be a fox cave in between the boulders in the woods. We know she had kittens at some point because when she was going to be spayed the vet noticed that she had been nursing kittens but was almost finished nursing. We never found her kittens. That summer, we had the torrential rain storms in Warren County and we believe her kittens drowned, or were taken by predators.

Snuggles is cross-eyed but her visions does not appear to be impaired. She does not jump very high, but she can get up onto a chair and play with her feather toys and laser light. Her favorite thing is to sit in your lap and snuggle against you, even while your are working on your computer!

She is a quiet, calm cat but does not like other cats. She must have been tormented living alone with her kittens and so she must be the only cat in the household.

She would be a perfect companion for someone who is home most of the day, and who would love a calm cat to hold and pet. She may be ok with an older child, but she does not like to be held, unless she knows she will get some snuggle time!

Snuggles is under 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, wormed, flea treatment, tested negative for FELV/FIV, and she is microchipped.
