Meet Snowy Oliver and Boots

Snowy Oliver! This dreamy snow white boy came from an outdoor situation where he was not doing well. It has taken him some time to get used to indoor life. He is still a little shy but has become very trusting of his foster mom.

Snowy Oliver has found a friend in his foster home, Boots, a former feral. They have become best friends and rely on each other for comfort. He responds well to other cats so he may do well to have other confident kitty companions to show him that indoor life really is the best!

Snowy Oliver is not a big fan of being picked up, but once he is comfortable, he loves to be petted. He purrs and makes air biscuits. Quick movements and loud noises make him nervous, so he would do well in a quieter home with no small children or dogs. He will flourish in a home where he is comfortable and loved. With time we think he will settle in to being a more confident kitty.

Snowy Oliver is in good health. He is neutered,
vaccinated and negative for FeLuk. He is FIV+.

FIV positive cats live long healthy normal lives and can live with other non FIV cats without any problems. FIV is difficult to pass and usually happens as a result of vicious fighting and deep bite wounds, not play tussle.
