Snookie (aka Kiki) is a 6-year-old sweetie looking for her forever home.

Kiki is sweet but a bit shy. She was in a home situation with other animals that chased and scared/threatened her, so she reacts poorly to being around other animals. As she has relaxed, she has become more affectionate and talkative.

She loves chasing a laser pointer dot or tossing around a furry toy mouse. Looking out the big window to see what is happening outside fills a bit of her time.

I play with Kiki to keep her active, but she'll spontaneously play with toys left out for her. Since she's on a diet, she gets excited about breakfast and will wake me up in the morning to feed her.

She's currently living in a quiet apartment with one adult.

Kiki needs to have a quiet home where she is the only pet. She'll be a good companion for one or two adults who will pet and cuddle with her when she's not napping and will play with her when she's ready to be active.

Her ideal pet parent is someone willing to help her get to her ideal weight of about 12 pounds. We have been working on that through her diet and increased exercise. She has gotten more comfortable with me and feels safe. She's playful now!

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
