Smokey Domestic Medium Hair & Persian Mix Ponte Vedra, FL

My name is Smokey. I am a male, long haired domestic tabby, persian mix kitten. I will probably have dark green eyes and long hair with a main of fur around my neck when I grow up. My litter is called the Bear Clan because we are all named after fuzzy bears and we are as sweet and snuggly as a teddy bear. Me and my kitten clan were dropped off at the shelter, because something happened to momma cat. One day, she just did not come home to us. It is a terrible life for our momma to be running in the streets all alone. She is scared all of the time. Poor momma. I miss cuddling up with her to eat. We are in foster care which means we are waiting for someone to adopt us. Somehow, we found our way to the shelter and then to Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue whose speciality is getting kittens well before adoption. We are safe here.

My foster family has lots of grown up, a little fluffy dog who barks alot, a bunch of kittens and some adult cats. So, when I get ready to go to my permanent home, I will be well socialized and ready to hang out with everyone in the family.

Here is what my foster mom says about me "Smokey is a sweet, very laid back bear cub. He has an adorable munchkin face and he is a gentle lovebug. A snuggley baby from the first day we met him. Smokey is very playful too. He enjoys sleeping with one of us and will travel the house to find a lap that needs some company. The bear clan love people and if there is only one lap, they will each find a spot to perch so that they can hang out with their human companions. Smokey comes with a very loud purr engine to let you know how much he adores you and lap time. He gets along with everyone and his best buddy is Kodiak. If you want a super affectionate kitten who will sleep with you every night, Kodiak and Smokey are the ones for you!"
