Meet Skittles
Hi I'm Skittles!
I am a 1.5 year old Domestic Medium Hair cat. I arrived at the humane society in April, 2025. In that time I've been vaccinated, dewormed, neutered, and had some of my matted hair trimmed. I may be rocking a bit of weird hairdo but it doesn't bother me.Â
It's taken me some time to adjust to my new surroundings. Just like me, everything I do is "big". When I'm feeling affectionate, I want non-stop chin scratches. When I'm feeling playful, I want to zoom at top speed! When I'm feeling overwhelmed, I put on my tough guy persona to try and create some space.Â
I am a big fellow and still young, so learning manners is hard. I have gotten much more comfortable now that I don't mind when people need to touch the items in my kennel. Â
I am in the early stages of meeting my new roommates, I like to throw my weight around when meeting new cats and I have been too much for my younger, smaller roommates.Â
Because of my big personality, I would likely do better in a home with older children that can respect my boundaries.Â
