Please help us officially welcome Skittles to the rescue Skittles is 2 years old and originally came into the county shelter as a stray in April. He was quite feral and had his ear clipped and was set to be released outside (RTF). Something about him made him seem more scared than mean so we took him with us. It took some time but Skittles learned people aren't here to hurt him and has learned to trust. Skittles ADORES other cats and they have taught him so much about being an indoor cat Skittles loves food, toys, water fountains, treats, soft beds...all the good things a cat should have in their lives. He loves being pet and scratched and will come up to see us. He was not held enough as a baby and is very unsure about being picked up. He will flop over and ler you rub his belly though! If you want a handsome boy who will be your cat's best friend, Skittles is your guy! He doesn't hide and has so much potential - he really just wants to be included and is doing his very best to learn!

Five Friends Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Potential adopters will submit application which will be reviewed including a background check and property check, all renters will need permission form landlords. Once application is approved, a phone interview will be conducted and if it is a match. You will have a meet and greet and if it all goes well. The adoption can be finalized.
