Meet Skipper

SKIPPER is an all male black kitty with just a few flecks of white fur on his shoulders, about 4 months old. Skipper is a sweet little guy -- he's a bit shy, but he definitely wants to be petted and loved. He loves to be held! He is the most curious of his litter about the family dog and adult cats -- he seems very interested in getting to know them and like to explore. Skipper's cute as anything, and loves to leap! Skipper will jump after Cat Dancers and other dangly toys tirelessly, flipping and twisting through the air to grab them. He also loves to sit in the window and watch the birds and bugs outside. His siblings (Maryann, The Professor or Gilligan) are important to him; he would really love to go with one of them to his new home. If not, he should have another playful young feline friend. With a predictable and calm environment he will be a loyal and loving kitty companion. Slow and careful introductions to all family members, human and animal, will be important, along with a quiet, safe area where he can adjust at his own pace. Skipper is such a cutie, and really wants to trust and be loved! A patient adopter will be rewarded with a sweet and loyal kitty companion.

Skipper has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and includes a free wellness vet visit with our vet partners. To meet Skipper in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 days for a possible meet and greet. The $165 ($300 for 2 Kittens) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID#2105-C0229
