Sissy (Bonded with Brother)'s Story

ABOUT BROTHER AND SISSY!

Meet Brother and Sissy, our shy duo! These sweeties had been living in a outdoor cat colony, which one of our amazing fosters had been caring for. When our foster was leaving the area, she couldn't bear to leave their fates to chance, so she brought them to HAP! This has been a pretty big adjustment for the two and they are scared of most things, but they've started to get used to the pampered indoor life!

Brother is the more people friendly of the two. With a little TLC, he opens right up, ready to get some love! Sissy is more standoffish, but just as lovable. She enjoys watching more than she does interacting, but she's not opposed to a people watching buddy!

*Brother and Sissy get along with other cats, but we don't recommend dogs or children, as they are very shy.

**If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
