Sweet Simon was being fed as a stray outside in the bitter cold. But when a rescuer came along to trap strays in order to neuter and return them, Simon captured her heart. Now safe and loved in a foster home, Simon hopes for a fresh start. He is super affectionate, with the most adorable tiny mew. And even cuter yet, he will meow and leave his tongue hanging out. Simon is curious about other cats, and very respectful of their personal space, getting along spectacularly with them. That’s all we know about him, as he’s still new to us, but he would love to get to know a new family. One who can commit to keeping him safe and loved.
