Meet Shyan
Shyan is a 10-month-old cuddly, social, and human-obsessed kitten looking for a playful home!
Shyan always needs a paw on you while napping if she’s not already cuddled under your chin. If you’re sitting on the couch, expect her to climb onto your chest and put her head on your shoulder. She loves being picked up and held like a baby while she falls asleep. Her extremely outgoing personality has made her popular with everyone that’s met her!
Because humans are her favorite thing, Shyan doesn't care to be left alone. Like all kittens, she can get curious when left unsupervised. She can entertain herself with toys for a little while before she asks for more attention by jumping on your lap.
Shyan is a very high-energy kitty that could run after the laser pointer or mouse toys all day if you let her. Nighttime is her prime exploring time and during her breaks she loves to jump on the bed and nap on her humans' faces. She is also content to snuggle right up against you if you prefer to breathe.
Shyan currently lives in a small apartment with her foster mom, but would ideally love to expand into a bigger house so she has space to run around and watch birds outside. She wouldn't mind having more humans around either—house guests are her favorite surprise and she runs right up to them and asks for pets! Shyan would greatly benefit from a feline playmate because she's still so young—her preferred forever home would already have another friendly and active cat, or would adopt a second young cat along with her. Shyan has met a calm and cat-friendly dog—she mostly ignored it but eventually cuddled with the dog. She hasn't met children, but with how unreactive to handling she is, her foster mom thinks she would do great with kids. She has never bitten or scratched and goes limp when held.
Shyan will be the perfect mix of cuddly, outgoing, and playful kitten for her forever family!
