Shelly Summary:<br/><br/>-full PE not done - recheck dent/spay<br/><br/>Oral Cavity - extraction site still has sutures but healing well - clean teeth, no erythema/swelling or d/c<br/>Spay incision - porphryn stained area, cranial aspect of incision - mild amount of suture SQ present/visible - with scab - no redness or purulent d/c noted<br/>Prev noted rash is quiet - healing well with no treatment <br/><br/>Assessment - healing spay/COHAT<br/><br/>Plans - trimmed suture - monitor top part of incision for any changes - apply Fuciderm BID for the next 3-5 days until well scabbed over then monitor for any concerns. Porphryn staining will eventually resolve, monitor for any changes to skin.
