Meet Shelby
“Shelby” is about 1-2 years old. We rescued her from a shelter euthanasia list. She was part of an abuse/neglect/hoarding case and was confiscated from her own by animal control. She is hand shy, meaning she is afraid of hands quickly coming towards her. Once you do get close and pet her, she is super affectionate. She’s one of those cats that will take 3 weeks to feel comfortable and warm up. Not her fault, as she’s been through a lot. Zero aggression, no hissing or growling, loves other cats. Just afraid that a human will hit her. :(
