Shae Domestic Short Hair Warminster, PA

Say hello to Shae, a female black and white tuxedo cat who is a little over a year and a half old. Shae was found in horrible condition on the streets of Philadelphia, underweight, dirty, and with a condition called plasma cell pododermatitis, commonly known as 'pillow foot'. Her paw is still healing but she looks fabulous now compared to how she looked when she was found. She’s a little shy at first, but is super sweet, and once she warms up to her new surroundings she is certainly a cuddle bug. She takes about two days to warm up and each day gets more confident and more snuggly. She's also known to make lots of biscuits, which is something cute that many cats enjoy doing. They knead their paws into a blanket or another soft surface, as though they're rolling dough and making "biscuits." We think it's a sign that the kitties are content! Shae is one of the gentlest kitties. She rubs up gently, sits next to you gently, jumps on your lap gently, and she will gently rest her head on your arm. In short, she is a gentle-hearted kitty who appreciates that some nice humans took her into safety and got her the care she needed. We want to find her a wonderful forever home where she can be spoiled and pampered and have the happy ending to her tale that she so deserves.
