Elegant Shadow, This young feline exudes royalty! As you can see in his pictures he does feel like the king of the castle, lounging around in style and comfort. Shadow is a grey ball of fluff! He may be a bit shy once he first meets you, but once he realizes you're his friend he quickly warms up to you. Once you have held this magnificent fellow it becomes impossible to stop the love pouring out between the two of you! Holding Shadow is just like holding a cloud, he is that soft and endearing! Shadow can easily join any type of home environment as he is a well-rounded young man, who just takes a moment to adjust to his new surroundings. He should do well with all ages of children that can respectfully interact with him. As he is a young man he will need to be adopted into a home with another young, playful feline to go on great and grand adventures with! Once he becomes familiar with the lay out of the homeland you can carry this gentleman around in your arms, which just adds to his feeling of royalty! Shadow is curious and let's down his royal guard to be a little crazy playing with all the cat toys. He likes all his toys, including wands, mouse toys and jingling balls that he can chase around and up and down the hall. He even has a stuffed llama and is unable to resist playing with its fluffy tail! He also thoroughly enjoys bird watching and happily chirps back at all the birds he sees. Forever Fortunate Felines's Adoption Policy

Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster-based, we really understand our cat's personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here: https://www.foreverfortunatefelines.org/adopt Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier that opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to accept PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
