Michele's Rescue's Adoption Policy
To begin the adoption process for Michele’s Rescue you are required to fill out this adoption application. All form fields are required and by submitting you are stating that all information is true. Upon adopting the animal you will be required to fill out a legal binding contract*.
All animals in your home must be spayed neutered up-to-date on vaccines including rabies as well as being on flea and tick prevention as well as heartworm prevention. If you own your own home you must provide proof. If you rent you must have a letter from your landlord or property management stating you are allowed to have the animal in which you are applying for along with your rental or lease agreement signed by both parties.
