Scran's Story
Meet Scran, a friendly little cat who we found hanging out inside a doghouse in our Co-chair's yard. Despite posting to several platforms, no owner came forward to claim him and he had no form of identification or chip at time of intake, so he is now up for adoption and ready to find a home of his own. Scran is very sweet and friendly and has shown himself to be quite food motivated, especially with wet food.

Scran did test positive for FIV at his first vet appointment. This should not affect his overall life span, but it is extra important that he remain up to date on his vaccinations, remain an indoor-only cat and it is best to avoid raw food diets. He would also likely do best as an only cat or living with other FIV+ cats, as FIV can be passed through deep bite wounds and we are not sure how he feels about other cats.

Scran recently joined us in Troy for Rescue on the Rocks and received so much love and attention... but still no adopter! He is patiently waiting for the right person to fall in love with this cuddlebug and take him home!

More information on Scran will be added as we find out more about him.

Please apply to adopt at www.TTRRescue.com or email TTRRescue@gmail.com with any questions.

Adoption Process
Our adoption process helps match pets with their families.
