Meet Scooter!! He is an awesome little cat. He is paralyzed in the hind end but that doesn’t stop him from getting around the house and climbing the cat trees! He is incontinent and wears a diaper. He is shy when he first meets new people but after he warms up, he is a sweet guy. He needs a home with lots of patience. His foster home has kids, dogs, and other kitties that he does great with!
