Meet Scooby
Hi, my name is Scooby! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:
-Personality: Curious, active, social, independent
-Can Live with Cats: No - I had some issues with the kitty in my previous home and would likely prefer being the only feline
-Can Live with Dogs: Unknown history, but could potentially live with a cat-friendly dog who will give me space
-Can Live with Kids: Yes, kids aged 10 and up who are calm and respectful with cats
-Needs Indoor Only Home: No, I would do best in a responsible indoor/outdoor home (according to my previous adopter). I am not suited for apartment living - I need space to roam.
-History of Litter Box Issues: No, none observed here in the shelter!
-Energy Level: High
-Bite History: No
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: No
Additional Information: Scooby originally came to the shelter with another cat. They were adopted together, but Scooby proved to be a little "too much" for the other kitty. We believe he was stressed due to living in a small apartment/condo with another cat. For this reason, we think Scooby would do best as the only cat in a responsible indoor/outdoor home. His previous adopter thought he would make a good mouser and believed he needed space to roam. Scooby is high energy kitty who needs plenty of physical and mental stimulation to keep him happy. If you think you can provide Scooby with what he needs to be happy, the first step towards adoption is filling out an application.
