Meet Schaefer
I was originally found as a stray Living on the Midwestern University campus. I was named after the lead veterinarian at the companion animal clinic at the University.
Not a lot is known about me before I came to the rescue. I am very lovable, and enjoy the company of my humans. I would make a great companion to any household with children. I would not do well in a home with dogs. They scare me, and I can be reactive to them.
I haven’t been interactive with Cats at the Rescue. But since I was found Living as a stray, we suggest that you do a slow introduction with any other cats. I have been tested and am negative for both FIV/ FeLV.
May I please come home with you? I am currently available for adoption at the Petsmart in Avondale off of Dysart Road.
My adoption fee is $85.
Included in my adoption is a free bag of cat food, a bag of treats and toys, a free vet visit at any Banfield veterinarian clinic, and they keep her book from Petsmart Charities.
Please text 623-826-3085 if you would like to set up a meet and greet with me.
