Scarlet's Story
Scarlet is a 1.5-year-old female cat with a story of resilience and transformation. Once a neighborhood stray, Scarlet was spotted in early summer, thin and nursing kittens somewhere unknown. She began making regular visits to her future person's yard, where food and kindness awaited her. Over time, Scarlet's trust grew, and she became comfortable enough to allow pets and cuddles. Eventually, in a heartwarming display of trust, Scarlet brought her kittens, Onyx and Sapphire, to her newfound safe haven-proof of the "cat distribution system" at work!

Now spayed, well-fed, and happily retired from motherhood, Scarlet has left the struggles of the streets behind. She's playful and full of kitten-like energy, with a special love for chasing the laser pointer and rolling in catnip. While she's always in "mom mode" when her kittens are nearby, she thoroughly enjoys her independence and time to herself. Scarlet is happiest exploring her surroundings.

No longer the thin stray she once was, Scarlet has blossomed into a confident, healthy, and happy cat who's as full of personality as she is of love. Whether she's curling up for lap pets or dashing after her favorite toy, Scarlet is a reminder of the power of trust, care, and a little gourmet food.
