Meet Scarlet

Scarlet was found on a West Philly sidewalk, just doing her thing. She was completely oblivious to things around her. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw her and pulled over. Grabbing a handful of food, I quietly walked right up to her, put my food filled hand out and called to her. She came immediately. The rest is history.
