Meet SAINT NICK
SAINT NICK IS READY FOR A FOSTER TO ADOPT HOME!!!!!! ????
This boy has been through a lot in his young life. Likely abandoned and left to fend for himself on the streets he has spent his years eating out of trash, finding shelter under houses and affection where he can find it within good samaratians. One being the kind woman who contacted us when she saw how injured he was back in November. He had a large wound on his neck that needed immediate medical attention. She had seen him seeking shelter on her porch for weeks and feared he was lost or abandoned. That’s when we stepped in. We brought him to the vet where he received proper medical care while trying to locate a possible owner. His journey doesn’t stop there, his neck healed and he was thriving in his foster home when he accidentally snuck out! As many of you may know we spent 41 worrisome nights looking for him before we were able to successfully bring him back home.
He is doing great and SO ready for his furever home. He is a sweet boy who loves attention and the company of other kitties. Understandably he can become fearful at times. When he is nervous he may hiss and retreat to his safe place, but he quickly re approaches for attention and love.
He would thrive in a home with a patient owner and other feline friends. Since he is used to the outdoors he does enjoy it but he is also very content being an indoor kitty. Therefore we are seeking a home that has a screened porch or Catio where he can safely enjoy some outdoor time. He would do well with respectful children and though we are not sure about dogs we do feel he could adapt.
Fostering to adopt is encouraged with Saint Nick as we are stilling getting to know him better, the adopter will too while he is their home. This gives both the rescue and the adopting family the opportunity to work together to ensure it is a good fit for both Nick and the family before finalizing the adoption.
Saint Nick is extremely deserving of a furever home and we are eager to find that special family for him.
PETFINDER WONT LET US UPLOAD VIDOES PLEASE ASK AND WE CAN SEND IT TO YOU.
He is approximately 4 years old, up to date on vaccines and negative for FIV/FELV.
