Hi there! My name is Sage, and I'm a happy and sleek 1 year old solid black girl. My foster mom calls me Slinky because I squirm and slink around on the floor to get the attention of my foster family and the other furry felines in my foster home.

Hanging with the other kitties in the house is my favorite thing to do, as I copy whatever they are doing. I love socks, catnip toys, stringy things that dangle, and most of all, attention from my kitty friends.

I am an avid ankle weaver and enjoy doing circle 8's through my foster mom's legs. Being picked up is not on my happy list, but I’m getting used to it. If you are willing to get on the floor and love me with brushing and ear scratches, however, I will purr up a storm and drool all over you!

Sage will do best in an adult home or a home with school-age or older children. She needs a friendly and welcoming resident boy kitty companion to snuggle and play with.

All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and tested FeLV/FIV negative. Adoption fee is a minimum $75 per cat donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two cats are adopted together, $130 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!

All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
