Meet Rufio
Rufio is estimated to be between 2-3 years old. He came to us as a stray from Kankakee Animal Control.
We are all obsessed with Rufio. He is so friendly and loves to soak in all of your attention! Rufio loves to communicate with a sound that we can only describe as a meow/chirp hybrid? Whatever it is, it's adorable. He is the head biscuit-baker here at the shelter, and is usually hard at work making his biscuits while he is being pet. We do not expect this guy to be here long, he's a total catch!
